Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to revoke East Dynasty Service Inc's access to your Google Business Profile and how to request deletion of the data we hold about you.

1. Revoke Our Access to Your Google Business Profile

You can revoke our access at any time, without contacting us, using either method below.

Method A — Remove us from your Business Profile

1. Sign in to Google Business Profile at business.google.com
2. Select the business location
3. Open Settings, then Business Profile settings, then Managers
4. Select our account and choose Remove

Method B — Revoke through your Google Account

1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Find East Dynasty Service Inc in the list of apps with access to your account
3. Select it and choose Remove access

Once access is revoked, we can no longer read data from or publish content to that Business Profile. Any content already published to Google remains under Google's control and must be removed by you or by Google.

2. Request Deletion of Your Data

To request deletion of the personal information and business data we hold about you, email info@eastdynastyserviceinc.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The name of the business or person the request relates to
• The email address associated with the account
• A description of what you would like deleted

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will notify you once deletion is complete.

3. What Gets Deleted

On request, we delete account and contact information, business information you provided, content drafts and published content records, and performance reports associated with your account.

4. What We May Retain

We may retain limited records where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations, and where necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Any such records are retained only for as long as required and are not used for any other purpose.
